By accessing or using DevPane.tools (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all tools, utilities, and content available on DevPane.tools.

Use at Your Own Risk

DevPane provides developer utilities for informational and productivity purposes. All tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that tool outputs are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any results generated by DevPane tools before using them in production systems, security decisions, or business-critical applications.

Security Tools Disclaimer

The JWT Decoder and Domain Checker tools provide security analysis, vulnerability detection, and configuration recommendations. These assessments are informational only and do not constitute a professional security audit, penetration test, or compliance certification.

Security grades, warnings, and recommendations should be used as guidance for further investigation, not as definitive security assessments. For production systems, consult a qualified security professional or conduct a formal security audit.

DevPane is not liable for security vulnerabilities, breaches, or compliance failures resulting from reliance on tool outputs.

No Warranty

DevPane tools are provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevPane, Bluminal Labs, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Security vulnerabilities or breaches resulting from reliance on tool outputs
• Errors or inaccuracies in tool results

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DevPane tools only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, abuse, or overload the Site
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Site (except where client-side code is publicly visible)
• Use the Site to test or attack third-party systems without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

DevPane's design, code, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the tools for personal or commercial purposes, but you may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of DevPane's code or branding without permission.
